My name is Yamazaki and I’m honored to be the new Chairman of the Board of Kansai Electronics Information industry Society (KEIS).
KEIS is a society that has a long history for more than 30 years after its founding.
Many IT companies in Kansai area take part in KEIS and we together contribute to creation of new additional value through human resources-related actions such as joint job recruitment / human resources development, or business collaboration or cross-industry exchange. In addition, we develop the approaches including acquiring ISO 9001 or Privacy Mark (certified by Japan Institute for Promotion of Digital Economy and Community) to keep our companies well-managed for quality improvement.
In this historical society, we not only maintain and deploy our each business activity, but also share the challenge to new era of innovation like “IoT” or “industry 4.0” in particular / the problem of handling shortage of young human resources / new theme of what to do next as small and medium-sized enterprises.
So, I’d like to bring together the knowledge with the help of this cooperative society, government and academia, and derive concrete measure to solve them that a company can hardly cope with solely.
Then I’d like to promote two major purposes of “Maintaining” and “Development”, so called “Defensive” and “Aggressive” of this society without losing focus or laziness.
I’m looking forward to new companies to understand our ideas and participate in KEIS.
And I will greatly appreciate your further guidance and encouragement.
Thank you.
